I’m the founder of PhaseFlo, an AI automation company for small and mid-sized businesses in Uzbekistan and China.
I lead our automation projects and work directly with every client. Together we map how the business runs day to day, then build AI agents and workflows that fit into it.
I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in AI and automation.

- Answers customer messages around the clock on WhatsApp, WeChat, Instagram, Telegram and Messenger, qualifies leads and hands urgent cases to a person.
- Multilingual customer communication
- Replies in the customer’s language, whether English, Russian, Uzbek, Spanish, Arabic or Chinese, and briefs the team in theirs.
- Internal workflow automation
- Approvals, sign-offs, forms, staff notifications and data entry, inside tools like Notion and WeChat.
- AI knowledge assistant
- Trained on a company’s catalogue, prices, FAQs and policies, it answers customers and staff the same way every time.
